Billing

How billing works.

Who pays?

The workspace owner. Everyone they invite records into the same allowance, with no per-seat charge.

Monthly or yearly?

Either. A yearly plan costs ten months, so two months are free.

Can I change plans?

Upgrade any time from the billing page; you pay the prorated difference that day. To move to a smaller plan, cancel and subscribe again when the period ends.

What are top-ups?

One-time video credits for busy months: any whole-dollar amount from $5, at 10 videos per dollar. They are used after the monthly allowance and do not expire while the subscription is active. Pro has no monthly limit, so it never needs them.

Are screenshots really unlimited?

Yes, on every paid plan, under fair use: up to 60 screenshots an hour per person, within the plan's storage. Nobody reaches that by hand; it only stops automated abuse. Free includes 50 screenshots a month.
