Refund policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

This policy explains when and how we refund payments for ReproClip. It supplements the terms of service; if they ever disagree, this policy wins for refunds. Payments are collected by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, so refunds are also issued through Paddle.

Fourteen days, no questions

Email [email protected] within 14 days of any payment — a subscription charge or a credit top-up — and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why. For consumers in the EU and the UK this matches your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days.

Top-up credits

A top-up is refunded in full within 14 days while the credits are unused. If some are spent, tell us in the same email: we refund the unused part, rounded up in your favour.

How and when you get the money

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle.
  • We answer refund emails within two business days; Paddle typically returns the money 5–10 business days after that.
  • Bank fees or exchange-rate differences on the way back are outside our control.

Cancelling is not a refund

Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal and is separate from a refund. If you cancel and also want the latest payment back, say so in your email — the 14-day window still applies. See terms of service for how billing and cancellation work.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account's email address with the payment date (or the Paddle invoice number) and the workspace name. That is all we need. We may decline refunds that are requested repeatedly in a pattern that looks like abuse.
