Questions we get about switching

Why does Ybug price in EUR?

They are a European company and bill in EUR; VAT may apply on top. ReproClip bills in USD through Paddle as merchant of record, which handles VAT for you.

Does ReproClip have a widget or form?

No. Every recording is made by the extension on purpose: the reporter reproduces the bug, and the data is captured at the source. If you need visitors to report without installing anything, Ybug is the better fit.

What about projects?

ReproClip uses workspaces instead of projects, and you can have several. The allowance is per workspace, so splitting work costs nothing extra.
