Can my clients report bugs without installing anything?

They can view any report you share — no account needed. But recording requires the extension, so a client-facing widget workflow is the one case where Marker.io is simply the right tool.

Does ReproClip sync with Jira?

Not in the MVP. A report is one link whose repro steps also copy as text, which pastes into any tracker. That is the whole integration — deliberately.

Is there a free plan?

Yes: 20 videos and 50 screenshots a month, unlimited users, no card. Marker.io offers a 15-day trial instead.
